I am happy to share that every experience throughout Europe during my lifetime has been pleasant. Well, there was one encounter with Gendarmerie in Nice France that was forgettable. My drone and I walked away unscathed.
What I admire most about Barcelona and much of Europe is how accessible it is. In the same way one can hop from state to state in America, multiple cities of different countries can be explored in a day. Camino de Santiago, anyone?

Witnessing places like this, I question why I live in the United States.
Southern Italy might as well be a fairytale. It actually looks that good.

 Art Basel Artist Debut</h1>
A long overdue debut. December 2025 marks my eighteenth year attending Art Basel Miami Beach. This will be my first year going to the fair as an Artist. My mission is to learn from the art market and capture its attention.
Curating Series 110 of Capri Italy reminded me that I have been an Artist since the day I discovered my left hand. That little kid tracing cartoon characters in day care is now capturing cities from artistic aerial angles. One-of-one. 
 Thank you Capri. Thank you Italy. Thank you Europe for the opportunity to dust off the old-school DJI Inspire 1 and incorporate my curation and color grading wisdom for a release that has been more than 10 years in the making.

Imagination. Creating seven standalone Story’s from one travel assignment seemed unlikely. Until it happened. Each Story of Iceland is incredibly different from the others. An indelible landscape. Quaint culture. Country is so clean it is repulsive.
Recognition. Flying is dangerous for humans. As private pilot of single-engine and unmanned aircraft, part of our safety checklist when entering the cockpit is to remind ourselves of basic decision-making. Pilot error is deadliest of all factors.
Intuition. Do not think. Just do. Wicke and Fletcher spared the lives of everyone on board in the most volatile of weather conditions. They did so by instinct and composure. Perhaps the most notable attributes to being a successful pilot.

It is a party. Sans alcohol. Little Saints. Jamie and Troy. Pour up.

Shout out to David Clausen, my high school journalism teacher, who told me it was bad taste to partially crop objects out of the frame. I never listened to him. This is where stubborn and perspective start to make out. NSFW.
The most dangerous submissive statement a person can make is, “That is the way it has always been done.” While Mr. Clausen was simply referring to traditional editorial guidelines, his teachings transcended belief systems.

After experiencing the freezing windy coast of Red Hook while filming, I took refuge inside Food Bazaar, a massive grocery store that feeds the neighborhood. In this moment, I had a bone to pick with Red Hook. Because, cold AF.
After thawing off, I became more open to what this neighborhood has to offer. I walked down Van Brunt and stumbled upon a plant shop, where I now get most of my house plants. Then I spotted art galleries and boutique eateries.
The winds of Upper Bay pushed me more inland where I was exposed to the vibes of Red Hook. At first, the desolate silence on these streets caught me off guard. Because, New York. Once I embraced this area, I became one with the vibes.

My Favorite Part
Learning to dance is the hardest thing I have ever done. Because it is so challenging, I feel dyslexic at times. Despite, after several unlimited monthly passes, my progress is apparent. Inspired and dedicated. Epsom salt bath, meet aching body.
I have conversations with Mambo sometimes. When I tell Mambo I am a confident person, Mambo replies, “Let’s go to the dance floor and we will see how confident you are.” Social dancing can be frightening due to overthinking.
Nowadays, I tell myself to not self-judge and go have fun. Overanalyzing the dance floor causes mental exhaustion. Everybody from all skillsets and backgrounds go out dancing in New York. Just be free, Xynn. That is all that matters.

Building our new website over these months took me back to the beginning. When I was this naive teenager with a camera on the streets of downtown Miami. Just trying to find my way, navigating life’s currents. Naturally present, oblivious to worry.
That teenager did not foresee growing this company to where it is now. Consistency has its setbacks at times. To overcome them and remain standing is an alluring feeling. I am so grateful for my team and support system. Together, we are making history. 
 For the launch of our new xt. website, it is only right that I showcase my respect for the city that raised me up. Although New York is now my primary residence, I will always be in love with Miami, thankful for the wisdom it has given me. LFG.

What if we all became our own therapist? Say, every month we visit a setting so profound it obligates us to face problems head on and deliberately. Would this create the greatest accountability and push us toward productive self-growth?
Who knows you better than you? Who knows me better than me? Perhaps we have been trained as a species that communicating with strangers while consuming artificial medicines leads to freedom. Or perhaps that heroic dose just expanded my mind.

Journey and aromatherapy. I find 1 Hotel to be a spiritual sanctuary, especially 1 Brooklyn Bridge. That scent, the nature. One can certainly find themselves getting lost in the calming sustainability which feels more like a manicured rainforest with hammocks.
Clarity and art therapy. What got me back to creating Story again was that visual stroll down memory lane. Sifting through 10 years of creative content and the memories within. Accomplishments. Obstacles. Teammates. The comeback is happening.

This year I discovered my purpose in life. I exist to help myself and others communicate better. So whenever asked how I am doing, my answer is always “Happy to be alive” because I now understand why I am here and where I am going.
Since late August 2019, I have been co-creating a sexy all-in-one communication tool for us to connect and communicate productively. Boho guides us to be more organized, streamlines our digital footprint, and replaces outdated tools of today.
