And then it all comes to an end, in dramatic contrast. Many head shakes to go around and mistakes to learn from. It feels like an embarrassment to know that the sorrow was allowed to persist for this long. Though, there is peace of mind due to inevitability.

Reminiscing on everything except for what should have meant something significant. It cannot be seen as a waste of time. Rather, it was a level to experience necessary pain. A struggle to embrace and nurture in preparation for the next journey. Life is a bitch.

We make the simplest decisions tough for no reason at all. Who you spend time with is who you become. That pain spurred action to go make and solve new problems, establish strong boundaries, not feel entitled, eliminate fear of death, and redefine my values.

San Fran. The finale, in and about town. Queue Alcatraz Island and Cupid’s Span.

The most gay-friendly and laid-back city on Earth. Just way too cool for school.

Elliott, Oro, Xynn. Roamed and droned every block, every bridge, every peak.

No photographs. RED Epic-W stills. Grainy with 5:4 ratio. Length and width.

Between blocks at the inner city. Cali Republic flags and massive down hills.

Drivers do not honk horns. People wait for the light at crosswalks. So weird.

Golden Gate Bridge, connecting the city of San Francisco with its peninsula.

Most popular bridge in existence. Period. And it is red. See what I did there?

The west coast town home architecture. Captured during that graphic sunset.

Downtown SF in the distance. Yes, this city has left its withdrawal mark on us.

Adam Sandler, KG. Meet Oscar.

Recently, I read a New York Times Bestseller by Mark Manson called The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck. The most insightful publication I have ever consumed. In a quirky way, it is the antithesis of The Power of Your Subconscious Mind. I know, Millennials.

Most enjoyable is Mark’s writing style. He makes the book human by associating each teaching with a relatable story. Mark explains that struggle, failure, and shame should not be avoided because problems always exist. He further states that no one is special.

I learned the more you try to be certain about something, the more uncertain and insecure you will feel. Instead, we should be in constant search of doubt, realize  we are always wrong, and accept that none of us in life really know what the hell we are doing. Otro mas.
