Remember when Miami Design District had less places to explore than a studio apartment? Nowadays there are 100 design, luxury, and art listings that make up its four square blocks of real estate, with brands like Prada, Tom Ford, and Versace.

Miami Design District attracts fashionistas as well as local designers. We worked with Stone & Rose, by jeweler Joanne Stone and interior designer Liubasha Rose, to capture its new collection of modern designer furniture.

Stone & Rose premiered at Design Pub in DD’s new Palm Court.

Stone & Rose focuses on natural and raw materials for its designs.

Pure quartz crystals and brass were used for the lighting collection.

While melted brass, concrete, and stainless steel made up the tables.

Joanne & Liubasha held a beautiful gathering during their show.

They spoke about how nature inspires their designer collection.

Crystal meditation was a perfect spiritual and meaningful ending.

Jo and Liu make up a pretty insane collaboration of design intellect.

In 60 days, Stone & Rose brought together stonecutters, sculptors,

and Faena manufacturers to create its debut collection. Get familiar.

That guy up there is Xynn Tii and he works alongside a creative design team at XYNN in Miami. Actually, this is Xynn Tii speaking in third person. He and I thank you very much for being a part of our growing monthly Series!

XYNN recently began developing CGI, or computer-generated imagery. Super intense industry that requires stuff like hyper motion renderings and augmented reality. Shoot us an email to find out just how boring of a topic this is to chat about.

Feedback? We welcome it with open arms. But only tell us what you hate.
