Dear Tyson,

Remember back in the day when we had to reschedule filming at Brickell City Centre like, 100 times? And the time we had to fight with Saks over designer pants for your EAST scene? Oh! And that time we made you shave your beard? Haha. The memories.

Never have I ever seen more women consistently glued to our production set thru the day and night. And it certainly was not my deformed ears that got their attention. It was all you, Tyson. Pushing 50, yet the Chinese-Jamaican eyes still makes ’em salivate.

I must take this opportunity to thank you for your patience, professionalism, and making all the males on our film crew jealous. It was not smooth sailing at all times during this year-long project. But you stuck with us. Respect and salute.

Staying on schedule was a challenge. A lot of moving parts. Yet, we still executed.



By nightfall, an ambience develops at EAST. So, staging the lights was imperative.

Our crew hung in there ‘til 1 in the morn for our final takes at Quinto and Sugar.

Much gratitude to our relentless Team. What an unforgettable, ongoing folktale this has become. I thank you for sharing it with me. To Swire Properties and EAST staff, the opportunity has been greatly appreciated and in many ways, humbling.

Brickell City Centre is so big, Series 32 only covers our moments within EAST. We still have adventures to share from CMX Cinemas, Metromover, Reach, Rise, Saks, and WeWork. And of course, the film itself. No pressure, Oro Padron.
