Forgive me, I am so feeling myself right now. Hell, at times like this I need
something to smile and be happy about. Years in the making. Another one.
Hudson Yards, situated on the west end of Manhattan at 30th and 10th.
Built literally on top of West Side Yard. Talk about running out of space.
Everyone and their mother-in-law is flocking to The Vessel. Strike a pose.
15 stories in the air. Strategically positioned for that everyday sunset vista.
Family time at The High Line, stretching from Chelsea to Hudson Yards.
So much to see, so many places to see it from. Flora and fauna. The kids.
Silhouettes and shadows over the main court. The sun nears the horizon.
Trains passing by underneath. Construction cranes. Never-ending phases.
Top view from The Vessel. Ships sailing the Hudson River as a backdrop.
Playing with staircase geometry as the clouds colorize with reds and blues.
Dusk arrives. Light fades behind Hoboken, Union City, and Weehawken.
The Shed falls into shadows. 10, 15, 30, 50, and 55 Hudson Yards. Plenty.
Thank You, Oni
An absolute whirlwind of ups and downs transpire at times in life. It can start to feel like a roller coaster that you did not sign up for. You shake your head in confusion and distraught wondering how to remove yourself and end the discomfort.
Are we talking personal or business? Bare with me, just thinking out loud. Regardless, all facets of life encounter problems. I continue to revisit the mantra that one’s approach to the problem is most important. Damn, awareness is not always easy for me.
We all make mistakes and will continue to do so until we leave this World. Yet, we have to keep moving forward and progressing. To recognize that we are much wiser than the discomfort we create for ourselves allows us to mature and crusade in life.
